Galvanized blind plate
Galvanized blind plate has good corrosion resistance, according to the way of galvanizing is divided into hot dip galvanized blind plate and cold galvanized blind plate.
The hot-dip galvanized blind plate is immersed in molten zinc melted at about 500 ℃ after the blind plate is made, degreasing, pickling and derusting, so that the zinc layer is attached to the surface of the steel part, thus achieving the purpose of anti-corrosion. Cold galvanizing is also called electro-galvanizing. It uses electrolytic equipment to put the pipe fittings into a solution composed of zinc salt after degreasing and pickling, and connects the negative electrode of the electrolytic equipment. A zinc plate is placed on the opposite side of the pipe fittings, and the positive electrode connected to the electrolytic equipment is connected to the power supply. A layer of zinc will be deposited on the pipe fittings by the directional movement of current from the positive electrode to the negative electrode.
Common material of galvanized blind plate: ASTM A105 Q235B 20# 16Mn Q345B, etc.
Common implementation standards for galvanized blind plates: GB/T 9123-2010 HG20592-2009 HG20601-97 JB/T86.1-94 D-GD86-0513 ASME B16.5, etc. Can be customized production parameters according to customer requirements.
