The full name of socket flange is socket welding steel pipe flange, which refers to the flange that the end of the pipe is inserted into the flange ring ladder and welded at the pipe end and outside. There are two kinds with neck and without neck. The neck pipe flange has good rigidity, small welding deformation and good sealing performance, and can be used for occasions with a pressure of 1.0 ~ 10.0MPa. Container type B flange is also a socket welding flange, used for sealing requirements of higher occasions. When designing, the socket welding flange can be checked according to the integral flange. Socket flanges are only suitable for pipes with a nominal diameter of 50 or less.
Common standards are: ANSI B16.5, HG20619-1997, GB/T9117.1-2000-GB/T9117.4-200, HG20597-1997, can be customized according to customer requirements.
