The butt welding flange is generally made by forging or forging process, which should be tested by ultrasonic wave without delamination defect.
Common execution standards for welding flanges are HG/T20615-2009, GB/T9115.1-2000, JB/T86.2-94, CB/T47-1999, ANSI B16.5, etc., which can be customized according to customer requirements. Commonly used materials: ASTM A105 Q235B 20# 16Mn Q345B SS304 SS316L 12Cr1MoV 15CrMo SS304 SS316L etc.
